Well, Youth Group is officially on Summer Break. We had our final service for Sunday School and Youth Group on Sunday, June 17th. Following the service we had an excellent Bar-B-Q hosted by Lysa.
Once again this year, instead of gifts, youth group members were left with a summer assignment. Everyone was given a small amount of money with the instruction to somehow use the money to "make the world a better place". In September when we resume our meetings, I look forward to hearing the creative ways in which the youth were able to improve the world around them!
